Congratulations to Wendy and Keegan for being our Students of the Week for the past two weeks. We appreciate how hard-working, kind, and organized you both are. Thanks for helping make Room 21 a great place to learn!

Muscles can be trained and built up, however, it requires a lot of time and effort. The reason why I do not have a great body is because I am not very dedicated. I have difficulties focusing on something, especially when it does not immediately benefit me. If you ask me to train my body, you have to put a great emphasis on the benefits. I think that it is important for me to go to the gym at some point in my life.
